Having a programmer on staff full-time is expensive. Often, most businesses don't need a full time developer/designer, but they do need someone that can help manage their website, fix issues and make updates. 1. How much is it and what I get?

I charge $1000 a month to be on retainer. This gives you 10 hours of my time for whatever you want - site updates, changes, brainstorming, you name it - I'm here to whatever you need.

2. How strict are you with the hours?

I'm fairly strict, but I'm also not going to be too picky. If I go over by couple of hours here and there, it's not a big deal. If I end up go over consitently, then we'll probably have to talk.

3. Do my hours roll over?

No, sorry. Part of the fee is me simply be available whenever you need me.
